Privacy policy for apps

This privacy policy applies to all Android apps published by Ben Dangelmayr (Dangel Studio) — including ViscoMix, QuenchLab, ScaleSpeed, DerbyTune, FiberForm Studio, WoodCut Studio and CutAngle. The German version is available at App-Datenschutz (Deutsch).

No data collection

We do not collect any data. These apps work 100% offline. They do not request the Internet permission, contain no advertising, no analytics and no tracking SDKs, and require no account.

Local storage only

All settings and inputs you enter are stored only locally on your device (app-private storage) and are deleted when you uninstall the app. They are never transmitted to us or to third parties.

Camera (ScaleSpeed only)

ScaleSpeed uses the camera exclusively to measure model train speed. All image processing happens on your device in real time. No photos or videos are stored, and no image data ever leaves your device.

“Share” function

If you use a “share” function, the content is handed to an app you choose (e.g. your messenger). That transfer happens entirely under your control.

Purchases via Google Play

Purchases (Lifetime Pro) are processed by Google Play. We receive no personal data from Google beyond anonymous, aggregated statistics. See Google Play’s own privacy policy for details on payment processing.
