When a spreadsheet has become the most important program in your business, it deserves to be a real tool: with input forms, clear workflows and no broken formulas. Runs locally on your machine – no cloud.

An Excel file that only one person really understands. Copies named “final_v7_NEW”. A formula accidentally overwritten and only noticed weeks later. Many businesses depend on exactly such a spreadsheet – and there is a better solution: a small, tailor-made program that models exactly your workflow. With an input form instead of a maze of cells, with validated entries, with calculation logic nobody can break by accident.
Runs locally on your machine – no cloud
The tool runs locally on your computer – no cloud account, no subscription portal and no cloud data processor: your business data never leaves the building, there is no data-processing agreement with a cloud provider to manage, and the tool works without an internet connection.
The development rule matches: you send me your file with sample data only. I neither need nor want real customer or business data – dummy data showing the structure is all the development requires.
How it works
It starts with a free 30-minute initial call: you show me what your spreadsheet does (screen sharing with sample data works fine). Then I tell you honestly whether a tool is worth it – and you get a fixed price before the project starts. Every package includes two revision rounds; further changes after that are handled as small fixed-price extensions – quoted up front, no hourly billing.

Package S – “Calculator”

For package L I first write a short requirements brief for €390 – fully credited if you commission the project.
Further clear boundaries
- No multi-user operation and no hosting: the tool is designed for use at one workstation – I do not run servers for it.
- No interfaces to third-party systems (merchandise management, accounting, online services).
- No GoBD-compliant invoicing: invoices and tax-relevant documents belong in software certified for that purpose.
- Data migration only via a template format: you receive an import template from me; automatic migration of arbitrary, historically grown Excel files is not included.
Care package (optional)
For €390–590 per year (depending on package size) I keep your tool in working order: up to 3 minor changes per year (e.g. a new field, a changed printout) and a response to requests usually within 5 business days. This is an honest maintenance agreement, explicitly not an SLA – there are no guaranteed response or recovery times.
