From your Excel to a real tool
When a spreadsheet has become the most important program in your business, it deserves to be a real tool: input forms, clear workflows, and no broken formulas. Runs locally on your machine, no cloud.

An Excel file only one person really understands. Copies named “final_v7_NEW”. A formula accidentally overwritten and only noticed weeks later. Plenty of businesses run on exactly that kind of spreadsheet, and there is a better way: a small, custom-built program that models your exact workflow. An input form instead of a maze of cells, validated entries, and calculation logic nobody can break by accident.
Runs locally on your machine, no cloud
The tool runs locally on your computer: no cloud account, no subscription portal, and no cloud data processor. Your business data never leaves the building, there is no data-processing agreement with a cloud provider to manage, and the tool works without an internet connection.
Development follows the same rule: you send me your file with sample data only. I neither need nor want real customer or business data; sample data that shows the structure is all I need.
How it works
It starts with a free 30-minute intro call: you show me what your spreadsheet does (screen sharing with sample data works fine). I then give you a straight answer on whether a tool is worth it, and you get a fixed quote before the project starts. Every package includes two revision rounds; changes beyond that are handled as small fixed-price extensions, quoted up front. There is no hourly billing.

For package L, I first write a short requirements brief for €390; it is credited in full if you go ahead with the project.
More clear boundaries
- No multi-user operation and no hosting: the tool is designed for one workstation; I do not run servers for it.
- No integrations with third-party systems (inventory management, accounting, online services).
- No GoBD-compliant invoicing: invoices and tax-relevant records belong in software certified for that purpose.
- Data migration only via a template: you get an import template from me; automatic migration of arbitrary, historically grown Excel files is not included.
Care package (optional)
For €390–590 per year (depending on package size) I keep your tool in working order: up to 3 minor changes per year (say, a new field or an updated printout) and a response to requests usually within 5 business days. This is a maintenance agreement and explicitly not an SLA: there are no guaranteed response or recovery times.
